Hey, I’m Charlotte!
I’m a vegan nutritional therapist in Brighton and Hove with a background in dentistry, guiding individuals and families who want to thrive on plants! As a parent and a long-term vegan, I understand the real-life challenges of plant-based living —especially in environments where veganism is often misunderstood. From nutrition myths to social pressures, I’m here to offer evidence-based guidance that helps you feel confident and informed.
I trained at the world-renowned CNM and qualified with distinction. I now specialise in tailored plant-focused nutrition and whole-person care, with growing interests in biological dentistry, mental health, and neurodivergence.
As a neurospicy individual living in this fast-paced world, I prioritise nurturing a calm mind through nutrition and life balance, often finding inspiration in the natural beauty and wildlife along the Sussex coast. This personal journey shapes my practice, I’m able to meet clients where they are, offering support that is warm, and tailored to their needs.
