Why is supporting families important
to me?
During my own vegan pregnancy and early parenting journey, I often felt unheard, misunderstood, and unsupported. There was so much confusing information and not enough evidence-based guidance for plant-based families — and I knew it didn’t have to be that way.
My mission is to give other vegan parents the support I wish I had: clear nutrition education, compassionate guidance, and a safe, welcoming community. I’m here to help you feel confident, nourished, and empowered at every stage of your vegan family journey.
